You watch TV there, read books there, hang out with your family there, take a nap on the couch in there…. the living room. Usually a pretty good size space, there are so many things you can do with your living room. Here are some inspiring pictures!
Oh my goodness! How I love the Wisconsin home of interior designer, Richard McGeehan. The house used to be an actual pigpen (seriously) but you would NEVER know it now. The home is filled with lots of little touches that add so much personality. And the surrounding 1,200 acres…. Incredible! Pure beauty and calm. (photos from Elle Decor)
Ahhhhh, looks like a super relaxing place to be.

Navy blue is such a beautiful color. It’s so rich and dramatic and not used as often as it should be. It’s a great color on walls or with accent pieces in a room. Here are some inspiring navy blue rooms.
I love this little navy blue dresser. And the blue drapes! Lovely.
I found this house while browsing freshome today. I love the clean design and easy furniture pieces. Plus they seem to have a thing for alternating the colors of the chairs. Interesting. And the backyard is FANTASTIC! (all photos from freshome)
This HUGE opening to the backyard is awesome!!!
The dining area is so lovely. Such simple furniture and I love how they alternate the chairs with clear and white. And their little office area is tucked neatly in the corner.
Green is my favorite color! My bathroom walls are a fantastic Kelly Green, I love wearing green… my eyes are green. You get the picture. I have recently come across some great pics of people using green in the decor and wanted to share them.
I found this incredible Manhattan apartment today thanks to Elle Decor. It was recently completely redone by acclaimed interior designer, Steven Gambrel. To say that this home is beautiful is an understatement. There isn’t one room that wasn’t done to perfection. Enjoy! : )
The living and dining room is so spacious and Mr. Gambrel put seating everywhere! I love that this area has a lot of furniture but the flow of the space isn’t interrupted at all.
