Well, it’s actually above the kitchen. I love this space! In a small home you have to make use of every inch and whoever came up with this idea definitely knows how to use their space. I love all the little windows around the bed too.. plenty of light and they give the modern bedroom space some breathing room. Fabulous!!

The outside looks a lot like an old train/subway car that someone turned into a place to live. But once you step inside, WOW! not at all what you would expect. This regular small trailer looks very spacious inside with all white walls and smartly placed mirrors. Color abounds in the interior making this quite a charming place to live.

Yep, just a regular mobile home, right? Think again…
Oh how I love the way this bed looks. I want to jump right in it for the longest nap ever! I love the skylight, the wallpapered accent wall and the little table next to the bed is perfect. I’m in love with this space.

This cabin is only 500 square feet but it’s got so many great things going on!! It was designed by Olson Kundig Architects to be a writer’s cabin/guest house. There are 3 functional decks for when the house is in use but those same decks raise up to secure the house when it’s not in use. Fabulous design, wonderful interior. Love it.

Having the decks lift up to close up the house is genius!
Side view of the house while open.
The interior is kept simple but it’s beautiful. The fireplace rotates 180 degrees so it can warm the inside or the deck area outside. Fabulous!
Another view of the inside. This house does have a kitchenette and a bathroom. That looks like a Murphy bed too! Flip that bad boy up for more space.
A nighttime view.
I found this little space via Pinterest and I absolutely love everything about it. The pale blue door that became a mirror with the beautiful French style chair. Love.
