Julianna Margulies at Home in NY

You don’t need a tremendous amount of space to create an incredible home and Julianna Margulies’s New York Apartment is proof! With the help of Vicente Wolf, Julianna’s home is bursting with easy going fabulousness. A mix of antique, eclectic and classic pieces gives her home warmth and an elegantly unique feel. Lovely.

"Bohemian Apartment" in New York

Now, I’ve heard of a funhouse before (usually found at carnivals) but this New York apartment is a FUN HOUSE! There is so much going on in here and lots of the rooms make me feel as though I am looking at a Wes Anderson movie set. You can tell that Incorporated Architecture & Design put a lot of thought into this place to inject it with kid friendly design while still making it a place that mom and dad can live in too. You’ll see what I mean….

Now, I know that this is probably too much for some people but I love the creativity and colorful design in this home! And the neutral wood paneled walls are so beautiful.
An indoor playhouse for the kids! CUTE!!
Obviously the most tame room in the home is mom and dads. Love the antique panel against the wall.

Love the tiled accent.

Full of Whimsy in Tuxedo Park!

What happens when you let go and really let the fun and imagination flow in your home decor? This Tuxedo Park home, that’s what! Designer, Jeffrey Bilhuber, wasn’t afraid to use colors, prints, textures, rug layering, funky pieces (a ship chandelier) and even umbrellas! Now, I know that this sort of eccentricity isn’t for everyone but it works for the owners of this unique New York home. Take a peek.

TINY, I Mean TINY New York Apartment!!

We have all seen some small spaces but I think this New York apartment takes the cake!! With only 245 square feet of space to work with, you may think it would be impossible to make such a tiny space a home but you would be SO WRONG! Tim Seggerman took that 245 square feet and created the most fabulous living space! He even made room for a full size washing machine in there!
