I am not one of those people that shies away from small spaces. I am always wowed when someone creates a tiny yet incredible, fully functioning home. The guys at Minim Micro Homes design teeny spaces that are wall to wall functionality and are not short on style. Of course, in working with a small space, one has to get creative with where to put the necessities like a bed and storage as well as, how to arrange a workable bathroom, office, dining and kitchen area. Minim Homes does it!! Seriously, what Brian, David and Chris put together is inspiring! You’ve got to check out the extremely versatile table situation! Love it.

Cassey is so upbeat and inspiring, she makes working out enjoyable and fun. One of her recent videos featured a 3 minute arms workout while sitting on the colorful Bombay rug, surrounded by her fabulous new living room setup!! Situated on Michigan Avenue, the interior of this Chicago pied-à-terre was inspired by the steely grays, blues and golden rays seen at sunset. Chad James is the designing mind behind this calming, modern, sophisticated home. Bold art, unique lighting and plenty of neutrals complete the space.

Clicking through these pictures, I never would have guessed that I was perusing a 900 sq. foot home in Kentucky. This small space uses lots of color but it doesn’t smother the space, brilliant wallpapers that add some whimsy and a great blend of modern furniture with some antique and eclectic accessories. Limited space doesn’t mean limited fabulousness and this home is perfect proof of that!

The interiors by London based designer, Caroline Legrand, are sophisticated and eclectic. Caroline creates spaces that are elegant and inviting with a slightly whimsical side. I love the textured wall coverings and especially appreciate all of the unique lamps.
